Alright, since I'm horrible at explaining things I'll be happy to do red-lines for you.
I'm no expert, and everything that I'd red-line would be based from my own style.
Uhm, if you don't want that, all I gotta say is work on anatomy more and kinda place the ears lower (tip of ear is just below eye level).
